Job Description - Online Support Officer

Job Description:


Edison International is currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Support Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers who utilize our online services. This is a part-time position, with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platforms - Provide guidance and assistance in navigating our online tools and resources - Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve any system issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates on progress - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the online customer experience - Provide training and support to internal staff on how to use our online systems effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online support tools - Knowledge of customer relationship management systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred
