Online Support Officer

Job Description: Owens Corning is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Online Support Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As an online support officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product orders, troubleshooting, and account inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to improve the online customer experience - Create and maintain documentation for frequently asked questions and troubleshooting procedures - Assist in testing and implementing new online tools and features - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Presentation and creativity soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online customer service best practices
