Job Description - Online Support Officer

As an Online Support Officer at Asbury Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support through various online platforms. Located in Columbus, Ohio, this part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. - Assist customers in navigating the company website and online services. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support. - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns or negative feedback. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced online support environment. - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. - Ability to think innovatively to improve customer support processes. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email systems, and social media. - Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent.
