Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide information, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services. 2. Handle multiple chat inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize persuasion and presentation skills to promote products and services to customers. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and report any trends or issues to management.

Must be proficient in using computers and have basic knowledge of web-based chat platforms.
