Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online web chat - Assist customers with booking accommodations, dining reservations, and entertainment options - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Utilize innovative strategies to improve the online customer experience - Plan and organize workload to meet established goals and deadlines

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Experience working with online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
