Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and independent Online Web Chat Representative to join our team at Fluor in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through web chat, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide information and assistance as needed. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary. 4. Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their overall experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Passion for customer service and helping others. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers. 4. Innovative mindset to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
