Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in New York City. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Adhere to all company policies and procedures - Meet performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - A high level of attention to detail and accuracy - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
