Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online web chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers - Assist in planning and implementing online chat strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in computer applications and online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a customer service or online chat role preferred
