Job Description:
Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Assist with project management tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating deadlines - Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks - Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed
Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a support or administrative role - Dedicated and driven personality with a strong work ethic - Strong project management skills and critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
