Ameren is currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers remotely. This position offers a flexible working environment that adapts to change with speed and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers remotely via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Passionate about technology and helping customers - Adaptable to changing work environments and priorities - Excellent cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
