Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

JUUL Labs is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Support Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support and project management while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Manage and prioritize customer support tickets effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback - Assist with special projects as assigned by the team lead - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or support experience preferred - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong project management and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
