Job Description:
PayPal is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who possesses excellent decision-making and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes. 6. Manage remote support budget and resources effectively. 7. Provide regular reports to senior management on support team performance and metrics.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a remote support management role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. 6. Experience working with remote tools and technologies. 7. Comfortable with a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support.
