Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Jabil Circuit in San Francisco, California. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer service efficiency - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Develop and implement training programs for support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Provide regular reports to senior management on customer service performance and initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management or support operations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
