Job Description:
Zocdoc is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our customers across the globe. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure team goals are met - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer issues - Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the remote support team
Requirements:
