Remote Support Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Seattle, Washington. As a vital part of our remote support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from a remote location. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, and we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the team
