Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

CDW is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Support Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with hardware, software, and network systems - Provide guidance and support to customers on product usage and functionality - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions - Meet established service level agreements and performance metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Resourceful and hardworking mindset - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
