Job Description:
Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading management and technology consulting company, is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be passionate and confident, with strong people management and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and hardware - Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of support tickets - Document and track support activities for reporting purposes - Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate support - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with remote support tools and technologies - Familiarity with project management principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
