Support Representative

Job Description:

PayPal is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Support Representative in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to PayPal users through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and technical support in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while providing accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Ability to research and analyze information to provide effective solutions - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
