Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Representative will be responsible for providing remote technical support to internal employees and external customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and timely remote technical support for software, hardware, and network issues - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or chat - Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager - Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve overall support processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technological advancements to provide accurate support

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Dedicated and confident attitude towards providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting methodologies - Comfortable working remotely and using remote support tools - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
