Job Description:
Omnicom Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Support Representative, working from home in San Diego, California. This part-time, entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable skills and experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions 4. Manage projects related to customer support initiatives and process improvements 5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
Requirements: 1. Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 2. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills 5. Ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks 6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus
