Job Description - Remote Support Specialist

At TravelCenters of America, we are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and energy.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to end users on a variety of IT issues - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of all interactions - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and processes - Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions


Requirements: - Proven experience in remote technical support roles - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with IT systems and software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
