Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Support Specialist at Alaska Air Group in our Austin, Texas location, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support for our digital platforms and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes - Act as a brand ambassador by representing Alaska Air Group in a professional manner
