Remote Support Specialist

Job Description: Williams is seeking a skilled Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong soft skills in persuasion and planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients through phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of support tickets - Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive support experience - Continuously improve support processes and procedures

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with remote support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
