Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Baxalta is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Support Specialist at Baxalta, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and external clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients via phone, email, and in-person - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Document all support interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Conduct training sessions for end users on new technologies or software - Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical support


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex technical problems - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
