Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


EMCOR Group, a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services, is seeking a talented Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time, entry-level position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system 4. Stay current on product updates and new features to enhance support services 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues 6. Assist with special projects as needed to support the overall success of the team


Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 4. High school diploma or equivalent 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
