Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is seeking a passionate and reliable Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time, work from home position based in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and colleagues worldwide.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system - Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for customers - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences - Stay up-to-date on the latest product updates and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a global team - Technical proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
