Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

PulteGroup, a leading home construction company, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with potential home buyers. This role is perfect for an individual with at least 4 years of experience who is motivated, driven, and possesses strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors via live chat to answer questions and provide information about PulteGroup's homes and communities - Assist potential home buyers in navigating our website and finding the information they need - Collect and record customer feedback to improve our online chat services - Follow-up with leads and maintain relationships with potential customers through online communication - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Critical thinking skills to effectively problem solve and provide solutions to customer inquiries - Motivated and driven to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
