Job Description:
CVS Health is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or virtual assistance. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through online chat services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers - Utilize data and analysis to identify trends and improve customer support processes - Maintain a positive and resourceful attitude when assisting customers in a fast-paced online environment - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
