Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description: Core-Mark Holding is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat interactions. This role requires a high level of confidence, resilience, research skills, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues - Conduct research as needed to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and promote products/services - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and resilient, with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
