Web Chat Associate

FirstEnergy is seeking a driven and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via web chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customers with solutions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
