Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and guidance on financial products and services - Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Utilize knowledge of Ameriprise Financial products and services to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
