Affirm is seeking a reliable and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team and work from home in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through web chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management - Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide customers towards a positive resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong persuasion skills to influence customer behavior - Reliable and resourceful mindset to handle diverse customer inquiries - Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment - High school diploma or equivalent
