Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

SAP is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate, working from home in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through web chat - Provide product information and support to customers - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to manage and interact with people effectively - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Experience in a customer service or support role preferred - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic technical knowledge - High school diploma or equivalent
