Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information - Assist customers with orders, returns, and escalations as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Meet key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response time, and accuracy

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software and other online tools - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
