Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Assurant is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate working from home. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This is a part-time, entry-level position based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and account information - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and time management skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using computer systems and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
