Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Dallas, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in web chat management. This is a part-time role, offering the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the web chat system, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 3. Train and mentor web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service. 4. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the web chat experience for customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Independent and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in web chat software and customer relationship management systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
