Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

DTE Energy is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our dynamic team based in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management and is looking to take on a mid-to-senior level role. The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven, with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, optimizing chat performance, and improving user experience. - Develop and implement chatbot strategies to automate processes and enhance customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Train and mentor chat agents to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in web chat management, preferably in a customer service or e-commerce environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in chatbot platforms and customer service software. - Experience with analytics tools to track and measure chat performance.
