Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat operations, ensuring smooth communication between our customers and our team.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all incoming web chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses. 2. Work closely with the customer service team to address any escalated issues that arise during web chat interactions. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our web chat platform. 4. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat customer service. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Experience with web chat platforms and customer relationship management systems.
