Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat communication. This position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide accurate and timely information - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Utilize strategic planning skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain a high level of adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations - Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer service excellence
