Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team at TJX in Houston, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communication on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and handle any issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and representing the TJX brand - Multitask efficiently by handling multiple conversations at once and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping others - Strong presentation skills and adaptability to changing customer needs - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Comfortable using technology and web-based platforms - Must be able to work part-time hours with flexible scheduling
