Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team at Coinbase. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat to our clients in a remote setting. As an Associate Level Remote Web Chat Officer, you will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients through web chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients about our products and services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure accurate information is provided to clients. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong cooperation and planning skills. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
