Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

UGI is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to work remotely from home in Phoenix, Arizona. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are adaptable, motivated, and possess strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer service and support - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Must have a quiet home office space with reliable internet connection
