Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to work from home in Washington, D.C., US. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, innovative, and detail-oriented. The Web Chat Officer will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through web chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and reservations - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures
