Web Chat Representative

Job Description: IBM is seeking a driven and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through online chat platforms - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues - Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and upsell products - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales targets

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities - Presentation skills to effectively convey product information to customers - Flexible schedule to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required
