Job Description - Web Chat Representative

Job Description:


As a Web Chat Representative at Harley-Davidson in Jacksonville, Florida, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat. You will interact with customers to address their inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide information about products and services offered by Harley-Davidson.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat - Provide assistance in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments - Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Meet or exceed performance goals for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Drive to succeed and exceed performance goals - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - People management skills to handle a variety of customer situations - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be authorized to work in the United States - No prior experience required
