Remote Web Chat Representative

As a Remote Web Chat Representative at Jacobs Engineering Group, located in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online chat. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers with a focus on problem resolution. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolution of customer inquiries. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and web chat platforms. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have access to a stable internet connection.
