As a Remote Web Chat Representative at Jacobs Engineering Group, located in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online chat. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are passionate, hardworking, and possess excellent presentation and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers with a focus on problem resolution. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolution of customer inquiries. 5. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Provide feedback to management on areas of improvement for customer service processes and procedures.

Proficient in using computer systems and web chat platforms. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have access to a stable internet connection.
