Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through online chat platforms, assisting with product inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat - Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives - Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts - Manage your time effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills - No prior experience required
