Web Chat Representative - Work from home

As a Web Chat Representative at C3.ai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services. This part-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while still making a valuable contribution to our team in New York City, New York.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary. 3. Understand and effectively communicate information regarding products and services to customers. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing quality assurance efforts.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various customer needs and communication styles. 3. Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in real-time. 5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 6. Prior experience with online chat systems is a plus.
