Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

The Priceline Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Web Chat Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, changing reservations, and providing general support - Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our system - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective resolutions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong people management and interpersonal skills - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with grace - Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Comfortable with working remotely and managing tasks independently
