Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Avis Budget Group is looking for a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, assistance, and support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue through web chat interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the web chat platform and processes - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and presentation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat software and other online communication tools
